Today a less positive post, but just something I really need to get off my chest. It might still be very motivational. It is about something that might help supporters, beginners or perhaps everyone. The question: what is your time? Today you can read my perception of this question and how I think about it.
Now that I am writing this post, I have just come back home from a 5km Run in Nowa Huta. I am cooking my favorite Polish soup and preparing the lunches for the first three days of the week. Last week I was not running that much and took some time to get used to my new job. How did this 5km run go? And did I have any support during this run, like all of the past runs this year?
It is already the second half of September, the summer is coming to an end. The days are getting shorter and colder. Of course, we will have still some nice sunny days this month and hopefully early next month. But you can feel autumn crawling in. How will autumn/winter affect my training?
